Nicholas Quintero
Director of Recruitment and Credentialing

Nicholas currently serves as A1A Behavioral Health’s Director of Recruitment and Credentialing. He has been with the organization since its inception. Prior to that, he worked as a Recruiter for America-Loving Care (ALC) Home Health, A1A’s sister organization beginning 2017. Under his leadership and guidance, his expertise has allowed for the recruitment and placement of thousands of medical and behavioral health staff.

Nicholas is very passionate about his work primarily for two reasons: effective recruiting allows for all our patients to receive quality care. Second – being able to recruit, credential and staff allows for industry professionals to get into a rewarding career through our organizations. It also allows him to work with the rest of our team members, and he understands this brings about a positive impact to all those we serve.

In his free time, Nicholas is a dedicated automotive enthusiast, and he also loves fishing, spending time with friends and family and being in the water.
