Nathalie Dobarganes
Director of Case Management
Nathalie is A1A Behavioral Health’s Treatment Center and Case Management Director. Her main responsibilities include overseeing the A1A Center, overseeing Clinical Coordination and overseeing the center’s activities. Furthermore, Nathalie also writes the weekly curriculum for all our patients in our center’s School Readiness Program.
Having developed a passion for the medical field at a very young age, Nathalie pursued a degree in Medicine and got accepted to medical school in Bogomolets National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine. Her main goal was to specialize in Pediatric Psychiatry. She was in her third year of medicine when she had to abruptly end her studies and leave the country due to the war. She moved back to Miami and was introduced to Applied Behavioral Analysis by a family member, who is currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She first became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and fell in love with working directly with the pediatric population. She is currently completing her BCBA certification and remains very committed to making a positive impact in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
Nathalie continues to pursue her passion for providing all our patients and families with an enhanced quality of life. Interacting with our patients, and receiving positive feedback from parents and families – is what inspires Nathalie to give her best each and everyday. These are the moments she finds very rewarding.
Blessed with two beautiful children, Nathalie enjoys hiking, traveling, doing outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family.
