Emely has been in the home health, medical and behavioral health industry for over 10 years. She has a proven track record for service excellence in leadership, administrative, insurance and patient care coordination. Prior to her involvement with A1A, Emely has served as the Intake Coordinator / Alternate Administrator for ALC Home Health, A1A’s sister organization – where she has made a positive impact on patient care by being directly involved in the assistance and care coordination of hundreds of patients and families.
With an educational background in Athletic Training, Emely first got involved in the health care industry because an opportunity to work in the home health setting presented itself years ago. Since then, she has learned the different processes in health care operations and different approaches to problem solving. She understands what it takes to provide excellent service through efficiency and great quality care. Her involvement with the pediatric population started when she first worked at a daycare center where her grandmother served as a teacher. Having the opportunity to enhance the quality of life of all our patients and families is the driving force that continues to inspire Emely in her daily work.
Emely is blessed with two beautiful children. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and going to the beach.
