Mailyn is a highly decorated healthcare executive with around 25 years of experience in home health, medical management and behavioral health industry. She has an undying passion for ensuring that patients receive care at home with the utmost compassion and clinical expertise. Prior to her years of service in the home health and behavioral health arena, Mailyn served in a variety of leadership and administrative roles with physician practices and integrated healthcare delivery networks.

Mailyn holds an Associate’s Degree in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. She was honored with an Award of Excellence in Nursing and an Award of Distinction for Health Care Law. Additionally, she is the recipient of the Award of Excellence in Health Care Administration and the Award of Distinction in Consumer Health by her industry peers.

Mailyn’s passion for behavioral health was born out of personal experience and she saw the need to provide quality care for our pediatric population. She has dedicated herself to pursuing a philosophy of healthcare excellence and ensuring the quality of life of all those served were enhanced and improved. It is through her dedication and leadership that A1A Behavioral Health has become one of the fastest growing behavioral health companies in the State of Florida.

Mailyn is married and has been blessed with three children. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and traveling.
